Parking & Arrival

Where do I park?
Guest parking is the main employee lot off Red Hill Ave. The first half of the lot is reserved for grand opening guests. The back half, nearest the sports courts, stays with employees, and the north and east lots are employee overflow. Follow the event signage once you turn in. The rows between the buildings and the guest lot are closed to parking on event day, since that is where the In-N-Out truck sets up.
Is parking free?
Yes. Parking is free for all grand opening guests. There is no permit or validation required.
What if I need a shorter walk from the car?
Guests may park anywhere in the guest lot, and the spaces nearest the main entrance are kept open for anyone who needs them. The lobby, ceremony area and tour route are all step-free. If you need additional accommodation, let your Advantech representative know in advance so we can plan for it.
What time should I arrive?
Check-in opens at 10:30 AM at the front desk in the lobby. The In-N-Out truck starts serving at 11:00 AM and the program begins at 1:00 PM. Arriving any time in that window gives you room to park and collect your badge and lunch ticket.
Can I take a rideshare or get dropped off?
Yes. Set your destination to 1602 Victory Rd, Tustin, CA 92782 and ask to be dropped at the main lobby entrance on the Red Hill side. The campus is roughly 15 minutes from John Wayne Airport (SNA).

Check-In & Things to Know

How does check-in work?
Check-in is inside the main lobby, at the front desk in the center, where our admin team will be waiting. Give your name and collect your badge and your lunch ticket, which you redeem at the In-N-Out truck for a burger, chips, and a drink. All guests must be badged, so please wear it for the duration of the event.
Can I still register?
Registration closed on Wednesday, October 7, 2026. If you registered, you're all set: your badge and lunch ticket will be waiting at check-in. For any question about your invitation, please contact your Advantech representative.
Is this event open to the public?
No. The grand opening is by invitation only. It is not a public or open-invite event. If you would like to bring a guest or colleague, please clear it with your Advantech representative first so we can add them to the list.
What should I wear?
Business casual. Part of the day is spent outdoors for the ceremony and walking the showroom on the tour, so comfortable shoes are a good idea. October in Tustin is typically warm and sunny.
Do I have to stay for the whole day?
Not at all. The program runs 1:00 – 2:30 PM, and showroom tours start every half hour from 2:30 to 4:30 PM. Come for the part that works for your schedule, though the ribbon cutting at 1:45 PM is the moment we'd hate for you to miss.
Is the evening at Ever Club included?
The dinner reception at Ever Club runs 5:00 – 8:00 PM. It is a business event, by invitation only, a short walk from HQ, with volunteers guiding guests over at 4:45 PM. If you're unsure whether you're on the evening list, check with your Advantech representative.
Will there be photography and video?
Yes. There will be professional photography and video on site throughout the event. By attending, you consent to being photographed and recorded and to Advantech's use of that material. If you prefer not to appear, please tell a member of the event team at check-in. You are welcome to take your own photos in the ceremony and public spaces; your tour guide will let you know where photography is restricted.
